These groups are my response to both an expressed need from a dear client and an implicit need and offers men a weekly, co-created  processing opportunity to deepen their emotional experience of self and others, a way of being with other men, which you may not have experienced that will satisfy a deep longing within you. This is journey for the brave that will be transformative for you, your life, and your relationships

PTSD Healing Circle

Yes, PTSD can and does heal with the right conditions in place. This psychoeducational/experiential healing circle helps us discover that we humans are organized to heal, what needs to be in place for that to occur in us (based on neuroscience), and then experience this healing together.
